Folk art fun!
Here’s a very unusual piece that makes me happy for many reasons.
It’s a 19th century cricket table which has been adapted in the early 20th century as a way of selecting a town or village, for some purpose that I can only wonder at!
It has a very local connection for me, Snape and Iken being neighbouring villages.
An absolutely super cool, amazing thing!
In solid condition with obvious losses and time related wear. There are gaps in the table top that can be seen in the pictures. The spinner rotates freely.
